BoTree Air Dried Salted Red Peppercorns, 50g

Harvested when fully ripe, BoTree Kampot Salted Red Peppercorns are preserved by mixing together with Kampot Fleur de Sel before being air dried.

These berries are crunchy and spicy, while the flavour is full of rounded sweetness and warming spice that heats all the way from the tonge to the back of the throat.There is a delightful vibrancy and the long finish is punchy and luxurious.

These pepper berries bring a real zing to whatever you add them to. Use them whole  roast meats, pork pies, stews and casseroles. Or, for a more delicate approach, put them in a grinder and sprinkle over all  that you eat!  Salads, rice, fish or meat
